Habits that hold up in production

Least privilege, always
EvaluBot audits servers without ever asking for Administrator. VendFeed only ever sees a store’s public token. The premium Worker holds no bot token at all.

Docs ship with the code
Every product keeps a runbook and a source-of-truth document that its website is checked against, updated in the same commit as the change.
- 03
Small, reversible steps
One change per commit, so any of them can be rolled back on its own, with the reason written down where the next person will look for it.

Run what I build
Monitoring, a public status page and alerts in Discord. When something breaks at 3 a.m., the person who gets the ping is me.
